Pacific Language Resources
As an independent health service working closely with our Pasefika community of 12,000 people in the Hutt Valley north of Wellington, PHS provides community engagement, development, support, health services and social services.
To support our Pasefika community, we have incorporated various Pacific languages on our site which can be downloaded. The health resource material has been provided by Health Ed, a catalogue of free health resources supported by the Health Promotion Agency (HPA) and the Ministry of Health.
The public health resources on this website support healthier New Zealand communities. These resources will help you to make informed decisions for yourself and those you care about.
We can provide the following support to access translated resources for the following ethnicities Niuean, Fijian, Cook Islands and Tokelau. Currently resources are on this site are available for:
Other Pacific language resources will be added in due course.
