Receive referrals for, and follow up women who are overdue for their screening

Identify innovative approaches for reaching Priority group of women not accessing the screening service
Provide personal or practical support to improve access to screening services

Wellbeing Worker
Epifania Leo’o started here as a Rheumatic Fever Coordinator and is currently our Screening coordinator (Breast and Cervical Screening). Epifania is very passionate about her role at Pacific Health Service and especially working with families. She is also a children’s ministry leader at her church and has years of experience working with her community undertaking health promotions and leading exercise groups.
