Digital Care
Using Ai & Innovative Technology

At Pacific Health Service Hutt Valley, we embrace technology as part of how we deliver care. The right digital tools help us work more efficiently, manage care more effectively, and ultimately give our patients a better experience.

The digital tools we currently use include Speedback, Heidi AI Scribe, and telehealth -Practice Plus (only available for unenrolled and those we care for as the primary care provider). These tools work alongside our patient management systems - Indici, Kotahi, and Arawhanui - to keep our workflows smooth and our care well-coordinated.

More Than an App.
A New Way of Caring.

Speedback is a world-class health support platform trusted by hospitals across Singapore and Asia. At Pacific Health Service Hutt Valley, we use it to stay close to our patients — every day, not just at appointment time.

Medication Reminders

Daily WhatsApp reminders so you never miss a dose. Simple, gentle, and easy to respond to.

Nutrition Coaching

Photo your food and receive culturally relevant advice. It knows our Pacific foods and respects how we eat.

Blood Pressure Monitoring

Log your BP readings and get instant, clear feedback in plain language — not medical jargon.

Your PHSHV Team, Every Day

Stay connected with your health worker between visits. Check-ins, updates, and support — whenever you need it.

If you can send a text message, you can use Speedback. There is nothing to install, no passwords to remember, and no complicated steps.

Three Steps. That's It.

You Get a Message

Your PHSHV health worker sends a friendly WhatsApp check-in — a reminder, a question, or a nudge.

You Reply Simply

Just reply as you would to any text. Send a number, a photo, or just how you are feeling.

You Get Support

Instant, friendly advice in your language — English, Samoan, or Tongan.

Your Nurse  Stays Informed

Your PHSHV health team sees your progress and can reach out when needed.

"Speedback is a tool that we've adopted because it's not just about the potential of it. It's about how it's gonna actually transform the way us as health workers, us as health organisations deliver health services."

— Candice Apelu Mariner, GM, Pacific Health Services Hutt Valley

Other Patient Care digital products

Heidi Ai

we utilise Heidi, an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant, to help reduce the administrative burden of note-taking during appointments.

By securely generating clinical notes from consultations, Heidi allows our clinicians to spend less time typing and more time focusing on what matters most – listening to, engaging with, and supporting our patients.

Practice Plus

Our Clinical Outreach Team provides a range of healthcare services within the community and in our clinics. However, there are times when a patient's healthcare needs fall outside our team's scope of practice or require assessment and treatment by a General Practitioner (GP).
